Problem, approach and result

The challenge

Performance reviews depended on impressions. There was no consistent record of targets, results and follow-ups.

  • Built report cards and a scoring method in ClickUp
  • Set a monthly routine for updates and reviews

The result

Reviews used the same scoring for everyone, and trends over several months were easy to see.
